Brilliant straw-yellow in colour. Elegant varietal aromas with citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine, and vegetal hints of nettle and tomato leaf. The mouth follows the nose with good acidity, body savouriness and balance. Is great served as an aperitif and complements appetisers, vegetable soups, asparagus veloutés and marinated fish dishes.

Winemaking and fining the grapes are manually harvested delicately destemmed and undergo soft cryomaceration for 16 hours. The most is then left to cold static decantation and undergoes fermentation. Fermentation is obtained in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Frequent battonage is practiced in order to obtain a naturally stable wine rich in aroma and structure.
After fining the wine is filtered and bottled.
